Nascida em Ilkley, Reino Unido, no dia 09 de julho de 1995, Georgie estreou na telinha no papel de Jane Ayre pequena, mais foi interpretando a protagonista Lúcia Pevensie de As crônicas de Nárnia: O leão, a feiticeira e o guarda-roupa, em 2005 que Georgie ficou conhecida mundialmente, depois Georgie voltou as telonas em 2008, interpretando novamente a caçula dos Pevensies, em As crônicas de Nárnia: Príncipe Caspian, em 2011 voltou a interpretar Lúcia em As crônicas de Nárnia: A viagem do Peregrino da Alvorada, depois disso Georgie fez mais outros dois longas sem muito sucesso. Georgie tem suas irmãs Rachael Henley que também fez o papel de Lúcia Pevensie adulta em O leão, a feiticeira e o guarda-roupas, no fim do filme, e Laura Henley que não é atriz.
Georgie é filha de Mike Henley e Helen Henley Wone.
